Job Purpose
The Senior Specialist, MEAL will support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities across global programs. The role involves strengthening MEAL systems, improving data quality, supporting program design, and ensuring learning is shared across regions.
The position supports global teams during program start-ups, transitions, emergencies, and scale-up phases.
